Students referred by the Paul Menton Centre have access to required textbooks and course packs in alternate formats such as PDF, Word, audio, large print or Braille. If you are a first-time user, please book a consultation by email at LibraryAccessibility.Services@carleton.ca. Consultations will take place by email, phone, or video chat (using Microsoft Teams).
Requesting material early is essential. In peak periods, requests can take 10-15 business days to complete.
Fill out one Transcription Request form for each item required or drop in to room 232 anytime during service hours. In order to have ample time to meet with each student, the last availability for consultation will be one hour before closing.
