1:10,000 scale vector base mapping files are available as individual themes covering the City of Ottawa and the National Capital Region. The Digital Topographic Database tiles are based on the 1:10,000 Ontario Base Maps published by the Ministry of Natural Resources. They include a number of layers that can be viewed individually or as a composite map.

Select files updated in 2003. Original files date to 1988.
