Description

1:10,000 scale vector base mapping files are available as individual themes covering the City of Ottawa and the National Capital Region. The Digital Topographic Database tiles are based on the 1:10,000 Ontario Base Maps published by the Ministry of Natural Resources. They include a number of layers that can be viewed individually or as a composite map.

Select files updated in 2003. Original files date to 1988.

Accessways, fence lines, houses, pits and quarries, road allowances, road names, bridges, buildings, culverts, powerlines, retaining walls, tanks, drainage features, rivers, shorelines, vegetation, minor roads, NCC roads, provincial highways, railways, city roads, city road ramps, airport runways, subdivision roads.
