What is MyCarletonOne?
This is the username and password you use to login to campus computers, Carleton's wireless network, your Carleton email account, etc. Your username does not contain cunet or cmail and is not your full email address.
All current Carleton students, faculty and staff should have a MyCarletonOne account. Find out more about MyCarletonOne.
Still having problems or outside Canada?
The off-campus login may not work for everyone, particularly if you are outside Canada. You may need to connect to Carleton’s Virtual Private Network (VPN). Instructions can be found on the ITS page Remote Access (VPN). The instructions are aimed at faculty and staff, but students can use them to connect to Carleton’s VPN.
Please do not purchase a third party VPN service to connect to the library's electronic resources! Carleton's VPN is free for you to use for this purpose.

What is my barcode?
This is the number found under the barcode on your Library card.
If your barcode ends in an X, enter the X in upper-case.
What is my PIN?
This is the 8-digit PIN chosen when setting up your account.
