The CHASS Census Analyzer allows members of the University of Toronto research community (UofT and subscribing institutions like us) to generate custom tables from the Census of Canada (1961-2021) and the National Household Survey (2011). The interface enables the selection of relevant variables and census geographies, providing access to data down to the dissemination area (DA) level. This tool allows users to subset files and export data in varied formats including html, text, spreadsheet, and to statistical software such SAS and SPSS. The tool is also bilingual! (Source)
