Colloquim Digital Library covers cell and molecular biology and biomedicine including neurosciences and consists of lectures (50-100 pages long) in PDF Plus which allows embedded videos, graphics, and links to full-text articles from other sources.  Lectures are written at an advanced undergraduate level.
