Theses and Dissertations

Carleton's theses' and dissertations can be accessed online in our institutional repository, CURVE.

We do not lend our preservation or unique copies of Carleton theses. If we have a microfiche copy we will lend it. If we do not have a microfiche copy, we may lend a circulating paper copy. We will photocopy a thesis with the author’s consent only in cases where the thesis is not available from ProQuest.

Loans:

Effective September 1, 2011

Canadian Libraries:

Free to our partner libraries (OCUL, CREPUQ, COPPUL, CAUL)

$10.00 per loan for non-partner libraries including public libraries, government libraries, non-profit institutional libraries, and for profit institutional libraries and corporations

American and International Libraries:

Effective August 1 2011 we will no longer be participating in OCLC’s LVIS agreement.

$30.00 per loan. American libraries please note: we will not supply material that is readily available from other American libraries.

American or International non-partner libraries - $30.00 per loan.

Copies

Effective September 1, 2011

Canadian Libraries:
$5.00 to our partner libraries (OCUL, CREPUQ, COPPUL, CAUL)
$10.00 per copy for non-partner libraries including public libraries, government libraries, non-profit institutional libraries, and for profit institutional libraries and corporations


American and International Libraries:
Effective August 1 2011 we will no longer be participating in OCLC’s LVIS agreement
$20.00 per copy
$1.00 per page for colour copies

Replacement Charges Actual cost of replacement in Canadian dollars plus a $20.00 processing fee. When the actual replacement cost cannot be established, the replacement charge will be $75.00 plus $20.00 processing fee.
