Printing and Photocopying

Changes to Library services during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Printing and Photocopying is available on all floors of the library. See our floor maps for equipment locations. If you need assistance, visit the IT Help Desk on the 4th floor of the library or call 613-520-3625.

Visit the CU on the GO support page to report a problem with a photocopier.


All printers and copiers work by debiting money from your Campus Card (current faculty, staff or students).

Money can be added to your campus card online, using the Cash2Card machines by the photocopiers on floors 2 and 4. Alternately, you may purchase a copy card from these machines, but you will need to log in to your MyCarletonOne account to be able to print or copy.

Guest Access to Printing/Copying

Printing and photocopying is possible but not straightforward for guests to the library. Please go to the Library Services Desk on the main floor of the library to obtain a guest account and get instructions on using the copiers as a guest.
