Our study rooms have tables, chairs, and whiteboards. Because of distancing requirements, rooms are only for 1-2 people. When you book the room, you'll see if the capacity is 1 or 2.

As in the rest of the library, no food is allowed in study rooms and masks must be worn at all times. Study rooms cannot be used to take online exams that require you to remove your mask.

Please keep any online conversations or meetings at a modest volume, as the rooms are not soundproof.

If you've booked a room and find someone in it, you can contact the Library Services Desk on the main floor or at Library.Services@carleton.ca for assistance.

Booking Guidelines:

  • Book rooms up to 1 week in advance using Enterprise Portal
  • Rooms are for a maximum of 1 or 2 people (be sure to check the capacity when you book the room)
  • Rooms are available for 3 hours at a time
